We know that running your business alone is way to much work and you need help. This is why FantasticStay allows you to add as many users as you need. Home owners or Team members can have access to the platform and you can control what they can see and do.

Adding a New user :

To add a new user go to Settings->Users and click on Add new on the top left side. Fill in the info and send the invitation. The user will receive an invitation email where they need to confirm and activate their user.

User listings and role :

When in Settings->Users click on the user email. This will lead you to a new page where you can choose which listings the user can see, and what is his role.

Not selecting any listings for the user means that they will have access to all. Including newly added ones.

We recommend that you give only one role to a user.
